MissionLead healthcare IT and digital projects from initial definition through delivery and user adoption. You work with clinical teams, IT specialists, business stakeholders and external partners in an international organisation.
Responsabilités
Own project scope, objectives, plans, milestones and budgets, and coordinate implementation, testing, go-live and adoption.
Bring clinical, technical and business stakeholders together, facilitate decisions and manage delivery partners.
Monitor risks, issues and dependencies, escalate critical matters with mitigation proposals, and meet governance, security and quality requirements.
Lead change, digital and AI initiatives and support the integration of newly acquired organisations.
Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes through technology.
Profil
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field.
Proven experience managing IT projects in complex international environments.
Strong planning, coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to balance competing priorities, meet deadlines and take ownership of outcomes.
Compétences
Technical foundation across infrastructure, applications and digital solutions.
Risk awareness, sound judgement and a practical, solution-oriented approach.
Fluency in English plus German or French.
Desirable: external vendor management, knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, and a project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile.
Conditions
Permanent, full-time position based in Fribourg, with partial remote work.
Travel represents approximately 20% of the role.
