MissionManage and improve the clinical applications used by medical, nursing and laboratory teams. You combine application operations, integration and user support to contribute to reliable healthcare services.
Responsabilités
Manage healthcare applications such as PIS, RIS, PACS and LIS, keeping them stable, secure and usable.
Analyse complex incidents, coordinate corrective actions and address recurring problems.
Translate clinical and business requirements into system improvements.
Build and maintain interfaces and data flows, test and deploy changes, and train users.
Coordinate change requests and work with clinical users, IT teams and external software vendors.
Support IT security, data protection, access management, risk and quality assessments.
Participate in system rollouts, the integration of newly acquired clinics, and digital and AI initiatives.
Profil
Degree or professional education in IT, computer science, healthcare informatics or a related field.
Experience in application engineering, application management or healthcare IT.
Hands-on knowledge of healthcare information systems such as PIS, RIS, LIS or PACS.
Strong analytical skills, structured working methods and the ability to work independently in an international environment.
Compétences
Applications, infrastructure, networks and IT security.
Clear communication with clinical users and technical teams.
Fluency in English plus German or French.
Desirable: Swiss healthcare experience, understanding of clinical workflows or regulated environments, and certifications in IT service management, project management or IT security.
Conditions
Permanent, full-time position based in Fribourg or Zürich.
Partial remote work is possible.
Travel represents approximately 20% of the role.
